Welcome to Qatar’s Person-Centered Care Virtual Forum 2021 Survey.

The theme this year is ‘Compassion in Action: Spread Kindness” with the core learning areas focused on the five (5) learning tracks:

1. Measuring and Improving What Matters
This track will focus on discussing ways to measure compassion and caring. Using the data to make improvements, recognizing the importance of both qualitative and quantitative data.

2. Service Excellence
This track will focus on best practices of excellence. Looking for those unique practices in PCC that really shine in supporting PCC objectives.

3. Driving a Transformation
This track will focus on how to change a culture and manage the culture change in a meaningful and sustainable way.

4. Leading in Person-Centered Care
This track will focus on how to lead person-centered practices, lead in person-centered behavior expectations and/or lead your team in a person-centered way by focusing on person-centered practices, values, strategy, and a shared sense of purpose. The sessions in this track are relevant and applicable for both seasoned and emerging leaders.

5. Partnerships with Patients, Families, Staff, and the Community
This track will focus on how to operationalize the implementation of practices at the point of care to increase access, inclusion, and engagement.
